The Town of Shelby's refuse and recycling contractor, Hilltopper Refuse & Recycling, will be transitioning to a new GPS-based routing system over the next few weeks.
As routes become more efficient, collection times may change. To help ensure your refuse and recycling are collected, please place your carts at the curb the night before your scheduled collection day.
Having your carts out the evening before will help prevent missed pickups as drivers adjust to the new routing system.
