Liquor and Tobacco Licenses are valid July 1st - June 30th. Businesses must apply annually to the Town of Shelby to be issued a license. All applications must be filled out completely and legibly in order to be considered for approval. 

Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License Application - $20.00 Fee

You must apply for this license if your business will be selling any of the following: Tobacco Products, Cigarettes, Electronic Vaping Devices. This is for both over the counter and vending machine sales. 

Bartender/Operator's License Application - $15.00 Non-Refundable Fee

Soda Water License Application - $5.00 Fee

Alcohol Beverage License Application - $100.00 (Class B Beer) and $325.00 (Class B Liquor)

Cabaret License Application - $100.00 Fee

Beer Garden License Application - $100.00 Fee

Publication Fee - $20.00

Temporary Class B Beer or Wine License Application - $10.00

Any individual or entity that wants to sell alcohol beverages to consumers or allow consumption in a public place must get an alcohol beverage license (sec. 125.09(1), Wis. Stats.). Required for events at Town Parks or Shelters where alcohol will be sold.
