Beer, Wine and Liquor License Fees 

• $425.00 Combination "Class B" Beer & Liquor (sale of liquor, wine and beer for consumption on or off the premises)
• $100.00 Class "B" Beer (sale of beer for consumption on or off the premises)
• $100.00 "Class C" Wine (sale of wine for consumption on the premises)
• $20.00 Publication Fee - Necessary publications to be made in the La Crosse Tribune.

The license period for beer, wine and liquor licenses runs from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.

Beer, Wine and Liquor License Application & Forms

• Alcohol Beverage License Application
  • Must be completed in full, legible and signed by the applicant.
• Alcohol Beverage Individual Questionnaire
  • Must be completed and submitted with any retail license application by: 
    • Each Individual Applicant; or
    • Each Individual of a Partnership; or
    • Each Officer, Director and Agent of a Corporation or Non-Profit Organization; or
    • Each Member/Manager and Agent of a Limited Liability Company.

  • ​​​​​​​All Corporations, Organizations, or Limited Liability Companies must appoint and agent and fill out and return this form with the Alcohol Beverage License Application.

Renewal applications will be sent out each April and must be returned to the Clerk's office with license fees by the 1st Monday in June. 

Additional Information

State Law requires owner(s) (Individual or Partnership) or agent (Corporation or LLC) complete the Responsible Server Course. These are available on the Department of Revenue site.
